Privacy policy
Last updated Oct 31, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit trackyourvitals.com, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Track Your Vitals is an independent affiliate site for Hume Health products, operated by Sensory Haven Co. Sensory Haven Co. is the data controller for the information described here. We are not Hume Health. Orders are placed with Hume on its own website, and Hume's privacy policy applies to anything you do there.
In short
We have no forms, accounts, newsletter or checkout, so we don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, health data or payment details. Pages load the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, which can use cookies and similar technology to measure visits and clicks to Hume. Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland are asked first, and can accept or decline. If you arrive from an ad, the ad click ID in the link is added to our affiliate link when you click through to Hume, so the click or sale can be credited to the right ad. If you then buy from Hume, our affiliate network tells us about the sale and we may report it to Meta and Google for ad measurement (section 5).
1. Hosting and analytics (Cloudflare)
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without setting cookies.
2. Meta Pixel
Pages load the Meta Pixel (for Facebook and Instagram ads). It sends a PageView event when a page loads and an AffiliateOutboundClick event, naming the product, when you click through to Hume. Meta may also record automatic events such as button clicks. Meta may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and receives information such as the page address, browser details, IP address and any Facebook click ID (fbclid). Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policies. If you are asked for consent and haven't accepted, or you decline, the pixel is set to Meta's "consent revoked" mode, which tells it not to send events. See Meta's privacy policy.
3. Google Ads tag
Pages load Google's tag (gtag.js) for our Google Ads account, using Google's consent mode. With consent (or outside the UK, EEA and Switzerland unless you decline), it can set cookies (for example _gcl_au, and _gcl_aw when you arrive from a Google ad) and sends Google information such as the page address, referrer, browser details, IP address and any Google click ID. When you click through to Hume, the tag records a conversion that tells us an ad visit led to a click. If you haven't accepted or you decline, the tag doesn't set or read advertising cookies and sends Google only limited signals without cookies, which Google may use to estimate ad results in aggregate. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
4. Ad click IDs and the affiliate link
Ad links often include a click ID in the address (fbclid from Meta; gclid, gbraid or wbraid from Google). Outside the UK, EEA and Switzerland, and for anyone who accepts, Google click IDs are saved in your browser's local storage under a name starting tyv_, with the time they were saved (or in session storage, which clears when you close the tab, if local storage is unavailable). Saved IDs are ignored and removed after 30 days. If you haven't accepted or you decline, nothing is saved, and declining removes any IDs saved earlier. Nothing is sent anywhere at that point.
When you click through to Hume, the click IDs from the current page address (or saved ones, if any) and any ad campaign labels in the page address (such as utm_ parameters) are added to our affiliate tracking link: the Meta click ID as sub1 (in the fb.1.timestamp.fbclid format), the product you chose as sub2, and gclid, gbraid and wbraid as sub3, sub4 and sub5. This is part of the link you choose to open, so it happens whatever your cookie choice. The link goes to earthwolftrack.com, a tracking domain on the Everflow platform used by our affiliate network, which then sends you on to Hume. The network and Hume use this to record the click and any purchase so commission can be credited; their own privacy policies apply to that.
5. Sales reported to Meta and Google
If you buy after clicking through, the purchase happens on Hume's checkout. Our affiliate network may record the sale and send us a short sale notice. It doesn't include your name, email address, postal address, health data or payment details.
We may then send a sale event to Meta and Google so we can see which ads led to sales and so their systems can measure and improve our ads. It contains the ad click ID that came with your click, the time of the sale, the sale value and the network's order reference, and for Meta may include the IP address, browser details (user agent) and country the network recorded for your click. These events are processed by Meta and Google under their own policies.
6. Cookies and your choices
If your device's time zone is in the UK, EEA or Switzerland (or we can't tell), a small banner asks whether you accept Meta and Google cookies. "Accept" and "Decline" are equally easy, and the site works the same either way. Until you choose, Meta and Google run in their limited, no-cookie modes described above. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (tyv_consent) for 12 months. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, which works wherever you are.
You can also limit tracking in other ways:
- Google: manage or turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center.
- Meta: change your Facebook ad preferences, including ads based on activity from partners.
- Your browser: block or delete cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear this site's data, which also removes saved click IDs and your cookie choice. Private browsing and tracker-blocking extensions prevent most of this tracking.
7. Why we use this information
Hosting and security: our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Meta and Google cookies and similar technology for visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under "Cookie settings". Elsewhere, and for passing click IDs in the affiliate link and reporting sales to Meta and Google: our legitimate interest in knowing which ads lead people to Hume and in being credited for referrals.
8. Who receives information
Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Meta (Meta Pixel and sale events), Google (Google Ads tag and sale events), and our affiliate network with its Everflow tracking platform and Hume (when you click through). We don't sell your information. Some of these companies are based in, or transfer data to, the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards.
9. Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the site or its tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
